Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your full name, work email, group or company and business category. You may also provide assessment priorities or a message. These details are used to respond to your inquiry, discuss scope and manage related correspondence. Please do not submit guest data, payment information or confidential research.

Services involved

Inquiries are submitted to Formspree for processing. The intended workflow sends inquiry notifications to Gmail, where correspondence may also be managed. The website is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting and form services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs as part of operating their services.

Storage, access and retention

Inquiry information may be held in Formspree and the notification mailbox. Access should be limited to those handling business inquiries. A specific retention period has not been verified for this draft. The founder must define a suitable retention and deletion process and check provider settings before launch.

Website features

This implementation does not add analytics, advertising trackers, payment collection or a PERCEO inquiry database. Third-party infrastructure may have its own operational processing. Any future tracking or changes to the inquiry workflow should be reviewed and reflected in this notice.
